Therapy, CBT, ADHD Coaching in North Lanarkshire
Hi, I’m Ashleigh – a CBT therapist, couples therapist and an ADHD coach. I’m here to help you make sense of life’s challenges and move forward with more clarity, confidence, and connection.

You might have found your way here because things feel stuck, overwhelming, or just off-balance. Maybe you’re dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, or struggling in your relationships. You might be feeling exhausted by patterns you can’t seem to break—or simply want a space to be heard and understood. Whatever’s brought you here, I offer a calm, supportive place to explore it.
How I work
I use an integrative approach, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic models—including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)—to tailor the work to your unique needs. Whether you’re looking for practical tools to manage unhelpful thoughts or deeper insight into emotions and past experiences, we’ll find a way of working that feels right for you.
In our sessions, we’ll work together to untangle what’s going on—looking at patterns, thoughts, and behaviours—and build healthier, more sustainable ways to cope and grow.
I also work with couples, helping partners communicate more openly, reconnect emotionally, and move through conflict with greater understanding and empathy. My goal is to support you both in creating the kind of relationship you want.
I have experience in working with adult (18+) clients with a variety of issues including anxiety, panic, OCD, depression, addiction, relationship problems, grief, and low self esteem.
What you can expect
What matters most to me is creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and truly listened to. I bring warmth, empathy, and a down-to-earth approach to my work, while also offering practical support and gentle challenge when needed.
I believe that therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating or full of jargon. It’s simply a place to be real, reflect, and find new ways forward.
If any of this resonates, feel free to get in touch. I’d be happy to answer any questions or arrange an initial session to see if we’re a good fit.
ADHD Coaching
As an ADHD coach, I use Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (CBC) to help people with Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder develop practical skills and strategies for managing their daily lives more effectively. Through CBC, I work with clients to improve organisation, time management, focus, and follow-through on tasks. Instead of focusing on past experiences, CBC emphasises creating personalised systems, routines, and actionable strategies that support clients in achieving specific goals—whether that’s performing better at work, balancing responsibilities, or building healthy habits. I provide structure, accountability, and encouragement, helping each person leverage their strengths and navigate challenges with greater confidence and clarity.
Please note I am not qualified to provide an ADHD diagnosis.
